Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with original hang tags attached.
Scent-Free Requirement: Items must be free of all scents—including perfume, smoke, and body odor. Any item returned with noticeable smells will not be accepted or refunded.
Time Frame: Contact us within 9 days of your delivery date to start the process.

Send It Back: Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Size Swaps Only: We only offer exchanges for defective items or if you need a different size (subject to availability).
